While working on the US/Mexico border, former LAS student, Ned Flanagan wrote a collection of poems in Spanish titled "Sigue Adelante: El Camino del Migrante." Intended to convey different stages of migrants' journeys, the poems are accompanied by artwork from migrants themselves and photos Ned took in various spots along the border. Ned’s poems and artwork were accepted by the Asociación del Programas Académicos de América Latina y el Caribe (AAPLAC), which will display the work in the coming days.
