Costa Rican Ambassador Visit

On March 18 at 3 PM, Anne Garland will be in conversation with Her Excellency Catalina Crespo-Sancho, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the United States. Ambassador Crespo-Sancho will speak on issues important to Costa Rica and the region, the relationship with the United States, and will take questions from the audience.
